The job of inside sales accountmanager

The inside sales accountmanager is the first point of contact for clients in an assigned region, regarding sales of training products. No cold calling, but responding to authentic leads that come in through the website, dealer network and by phone. You are the champion for your clients and liaise internally with colleagues, to answer customer queries or update on status, whether it has to do with service, planning, logistics or billing. Your clients are predominantly firebrigades, big corporations and “BHV”companies. Every day is different, depending on what leads or queries come in and you pride yourself on responding quickly, servicing clients, as well as being commercially savvy in how you convert opportunities into actual orders.

 

Your profile

You are commercially savvy, without being a hardcore sales tiger, you are all about customer care and fostering the long term customer relationship. No hard sales targets, yet you get a kick from getting results. You thrive on good customer feedback, but are also resilient when it comes to dealing with demanding customers  and experienced enough to bounce back after a setback. You are high energy, enabling you to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks, deadlines and customers at the same time. You are a real team player that enjoys liaising with colleagues to get the right info for your clients.
